Intro

This course supports Political Leadership Entrepreneurs (PLEs) to develop their Political Leadership Incubators (PLIs) program, curriculum, and strategies for the first time and existing PLIs. We explore leading adult-learning theories and how to put them into practice, how to design an impactful and transformational experience to achieve your desired outcomes, and how to deliver and facilitate your program effectively.

 

Launching a Political Leadership Incubator (PLI)

Intro

This course supports new PLIs to develop their program, curriculum, and strategies for the first time and existing PLIs to revise their program and curriculum after each cohort. We explore leading adult-learning theories and how to put them into practice, how to design an impactful and transformational experience to achieve your desired outcomes, and how to deliver and facilitate your program effectively.

By the end of this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand leading theories of learning and inner transformation in adults and how to apply these when designing and delivering your curriculum.
  • Understand the guidelines and foundational elements of the Accelerator program and how to adapt them as you design your program.
  • Design your curriculum and sessions using our suggested best practices, from drafting an initial concept to creating detailed agendas for each session.
  • Have access to a selection of adaptable learning content and be inspired to create your own.
  • Understand how to deliver your curriculum in an engaging and impactful way.
